Overview
A flagship retail destination on Kuwait’s emerging coastal precinct.
The Al Khiran Outlet Mall finishing-work package, executed by SEC Group for Tamdden under SSH Consultant, covers a built-up area of 96,400 square meters across Levels 1 and 2 within the central precinct of Al-Khiran Pearl City. Handover was completed in 2023.
The facilities within the mall comprise a diverse array of retail shops, F&B establishments, FEC, a supermarket, prayer rooms, gyms, loading bays, storage rooms, offices, break rooms, HVAC plant rooms, and MEP services rooms — all delivered under a single, accountable contract by SEC and its specialist subsidiaries.
